“ABV Investments” EOOD is a licensed investment intermediary, a member of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, Central Depository AD, MTF Sofia and the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Firms.
The Intermediary was founded in 1999, it is part of the group of the public company “Industry Development Holding” AD.
In addition to the traditional intermediation activity for the conclusion of transactions for the purchase or sale of financial instruments, “ABV Investments” EOOD performs the function of market-maker for nine issues of shares admitted to trading on the BSE, as well as the function of trustee of the bondholders for more than 10 issues of bonds. The Intermediary’s specialists have prepared numerous prospectuses for admission to trading on a regulated market, tender offers and participation in capital increases.
At the XXIII Annual awards of the BSE, “ABV Investments” EOOD received a certificate for the first place for the investment intermediary with the highest turnover on the BSE markets for 2023.
